4 Favorites Products for May

I always have a little bit of deer-in-the-headlights look when it comes to May. It’s super busy prepping for the annual Summer Reading Chart, the Summer Reading Guide and the 100 Pictures Books list (the best kind of busy for sure!), plus all the end-of-school activities the girls have going on.

Here are a few of the things that are saving my sanity or just making me happy right now (plus a favorite thing each from my three assistants!).

EUFY ROBOT VACUUM
I bought this last month when I had an Amazon gift card burning a hole in my pocket and I LOVE it. I’m lazy about getting out the vacuum and it’s so great to have this just run every day without me having to do a thing. The first couple of days, I just wanted to watch it non-stop because it was so entertaining, but now I don’t even think about it. It does a great job picking up dirt and dust and it’s unreal how much it picks up every single day. It runs on our main floor pretty much every day and then I take it down to the basement once or twice a week. It handles our hard floors and our carpet like a champ, plus it’s slim enough to go under all the couches and chairs, which tend to be huge dust collectors. No more!

TRADER JOE’S WHITE STILTON CHEESE WITH MANGO & GINGER
We hosted a little Mother’s Day brunch at our house on Sunday with Bart’s parents and sisters and I picked up a bunch of fun things at Trader Joe’s, including this cheese which I had never tried but sounded like it could be fun. It was DELISH! Everyone was a big fan.

MADEWELL SHORT SLEEVE CARDIGAN
I bought mine on thredup (surprise!) and have gotten about one million comments about it – it’s so good! It’s the perfect length, the sleeves aren’t too puffy, and I wear it every single week. Madewell doesn’t have it in the cream color, but they have it in black, and I’m super tempted to buy it in that color too. It goes with absolutely everything!

PORTABLE CHARGER
I’ve mentioned this before, but I remembered how much I LOVE this portable charger when we were in Nashville and out and about all day long, using Google Maps and draining my battery lickety-split. It’ll charge multiple devices at once and can do up to 7 charges. Worth every penny (and a great Father’s Day gift if you’re starting to look that direction!).

Oxo Squeeze and Pour Silicone Measuring Cup Set
I shouldn’t be as excited about measuring cups as I am, but I truly love these. After buying the cheap plastic version, shortly after the numbers have completely rubbed off and having two of my pyrex glass ones break, I knew I needed a better solution. My mom gave these to me for a birthday gift and I use them constantly. They are one of my very favorite kitchen items!

Gourmia Digital Air Fryer

I have been on the fence with the air fryer craze for a while. Many of my friends have raved about theirs, but I wasn’t convinced the appliance was worth the precious kitchen real estate. In a moment of weakness, I bought this one when it was on sale at Costco and to say I’ve been happy with the purchase is an understatement. I bought these Just Bare chicken nuggets also at Costco and after about nine minutes in the air fryer they taste just like Chic-fil-a! They are great for lunch for my kids or a fast dinner in between afternoon and evening activities. We also love veggies, salmon and red potatoes in the air fryer!

I bought these earrings for my sister-in-law for Christmas, and my husband remembered me saying how much I loved this small shop. He gifted me these gorgeous earrings for Mother’s Day, and they will definitely be my staple statement earrings for all the bridal/baby showers, graduation parties, and weddings coming up! Everything from this shop is so much fun and colorful! The personalized keychains and DIY art kits are also SO FUN!
