Favorite Things July 2024
Summer feels in absolute FULL SWING right now.
Late nights, lots of boating trips, cousins playing nonstop, and the freewheeling feel of long hot days (while trying to squeeze in work where I can!).
Here are a few things I’m loving right now!

Ultrasonic Cleaner
I’m straightening my teeth right now with clear aligners and my #1 priority is keeping them clean! I was blowing through these cleaning tablets at an alarming rate and my dentist suggested I get an Ultrasonic cleaner instead. I ordered this one on Amazon and I’m so happy with it – I use it 2-3 times a day (in the morning when I wake up, usually after lunch, and then before bed) and it keeps everything so clean and sanitized. Nike Sneakers
I ordered these shoes for myself when I was getting Bart and the girls a few items and I LOVE them. They come in a few different colorways (I love the white ones too!) but I’m loving having a warmer tone pair of sneakers and the low cut of these make them great with dresses, skirts, and cropped pants or shorts. I even wore them on a hike the first day I got them and they didn’t bother me at all!
Gimme Hair Brush
I got a Gimme brush 3 or 4 years ago and I finally just bought another one for my girls because they were CONSTANTLY stealing mine (do we have tons of other brushes? Yes. But the Gimme brush is better than all of them). The bristles don’t drop into the brush bed over time, it doesn’t hurt, and it’s great for wet or dry hair. You can also choose a thick, medium, or fine hair version!
Snack and Veggie Container
I bought this from Target after so many people raved about it for storing fruits and veggies in the fridge or taking snacks on the go. I can’t believe it’s only $10! It sold out SO fast but just restocked and I’m so happy to see it back – grab it while it’s available!

Reef Sandals
A good friend gave me these reef sandals for my birthday in May and I think I’ve worn them every day since. They are surprisingly comfortable for sandals and I don’t mind walking several miles in them. I like that they can be worn with everything from a dress to a swimsuit to shorts. So versatile! The fact that I’m nine months pregnant and really love shoes I don’t have to tie or even bend down to put on is a definite plus too!

Window Hummingbird Feeder
We have a very large picture window in our kitchen and have been putting this hummingbird feeder on that window for the past 3 years. We love being able to see the hummingbirds fly right up to the window – we can get a really good look at them! It has been the perfect screen-free entertainment for my little ones this summer. And lately it has been on sale for under $10! A little quick tip for summer: don’t forget to change out the nectar regularly if they don’t drink through all of it, in the heat it turns to alcohol pretty quickly!

Sonoma Slingback Sandals
I love a good pair of sandals I can easily slip on without unbuckling, comfortable and look cute with pretty much everything. I’ve had the same pair for four summers now (I would link them if they were still available), so I was in need of an upgrade. My sister found these and when I saw them on her, I immediately bought them. They are so comfy and WAY cuter in person. And they are only $24 with another 20% off right now. I got the tan and the black because I love them so much. Quick tip: size up a half a size!
