Weeks 6 – 16
Thank you for all of your very kind comments on my announcement last week. You guys are so very very lovely.
In response to the most asked questions: sixteen weeks yesterday, pretty sick (this time has been much worse than with Ella), and yes, we are thrilled!
Where are the orange sandals from? And I think I have that skirt from the last one, but mine is darker blue with some pink stripes.
Wearing light colors against a white background is no fair for bump pics – it makes your teeny bump even smaller! I wouldn't even think you have a bump, but I know how small you normally are. You look fabulous!
You look fantastic, sorry you're feeling yucky. It should pass soon though.
Well these pictures could possibly infer that I'm in a holding pattern at about week 16. 🙂

i missed the announcement! hip hip hooray!! i'm so thrilled for you guys. sorry you aren't feeling so hot. i was way sicker with Van than my girls. could be good gender news for you. 🙂 and do you and merrick have fabulous timing or what? so fun to have babies with your sisters. i seem to coincidentally have babies with my sisters-in-law (equally as fun) and my kids love having cousins close. izzy actually has a little girl cousin 2 weeks older. she's so lucky!
You look so great! (I'm a little jealous that it takes you 16 weeks to get about as big as I get in 6 weeks.)

You are too cute and funny! You basically look the same size in all those pics. You have great fashion sense and obviously know how to wear clothes so that they are flattering. Found your blog after googling for an alternative to Shabby Apple and loved your posts about your whole experience. Bought one skirt from them for a wedding and got lucky with the fit, but I could tell it wasn't sewn well in the zipper area. Especially not for $50. 🙂 I'll be back to visit, I'm sure! (your blog, that is)

Maybe this time means it's a boy! Seriously though, very exciting and I think it's just awesome, even if it is scary.
