4 Favorite Things for June (+ My Team’s Picks!)
I’m in denial that June is almost over – I don’t want summer to end!
We’re soaking up the warm weather and enjoying these long lazy days at home.
Here are some of the things I’ve loved this month (plus picks from my team!)
Dime Toner
This isn’t new – I’ve been using it for about 5 years. But recently I ran out of it and it took me a couple of weeks to order a new one. It was STUNNING to see what a difference it made. My skin looked more blotchy and I had more minor breakouts and literally within 2 days of a new bottle showing up in the mail, my skin was back to looking great. My affiliate code for Dime is BRADSHAW20.
Blue and White Swimsuit
This was my new swimsuit for the year and it instantly became my #1 favorite swimsuit. Comfortable, flattering and good coverage, it is the one I reach for every time we go to the lake, the water park, or the pool. AND it’s 50% off right now.
Thin Strap Sandals
I know I mentioned these as a favorite thing in April but I can’t not mention these sandals again because I’ve worn them CONSTANTLY as the summer has gotten underway. I love the look of them, they’re comfortable, and they’ve held up great for hiking (I wore them for two straight days of camping and hiking in Canyonlands last month), pool trips, adventures up the canyon, and every day life. I literally cannot recommend them enough!
Bedazzling Kit
For my children’s lit book club’s meeting this month, the host invited everyone to bring a book to bedazzle and it was such a hit that I immediately ordered a set for my kids. They’ve been doing it nonstop, from favorite books to notebooks to piano books! It’s such a fun individual craft or group project. I’m not even a crafty person and I LOVED it.
Analese
Silicone Sensory Activity Board
We actually got this for my daughter back in January for her birthday, but it somehow made it into the bottom of a stuffed animal bin. Since it has been rebirthed, my kids, ages 7-12, have been playing with it nonstop! While driving in the car, sitting at church, waiting at a restaurant or at an appointment, etc. I also gave these to two of my nieces for their birthdays and they have loved them!
Kelsey
Kids Water Shoes
My son goes to a nature camp every summer and one of the required equipment is a pair of closed-toed water shoes: for safe creek play. In the past he has always worn Keens, but this year I wanted something that looked less like a water shoe…I love that these shoes look like tennis shoes so we can go straight from camp to out and about! They have great traction, help drain water, and are perfect for water play!
Jennifer
Stanley 2 Gallon Fast Flow Water Jug
I went to a little backyard BBQ at a neighbor’s house last week. She had this water dispenser and I was so impressed, I immediately went home and ordered the same one! It is 2 gallons and can keep ice up to 2 days. I like that it is large, without being too big to carry by myself. The spout was easy to operate but also doesn’t leak like lots of glass or clear plastic water dispensers I have seen. It will hold up to repeated kid use. I also like that it is pretty and it comes in lots of colors! I got the rose quartz color, but I also love the twilight color combo. This will be perfect to use all summer long for backyard get togethers.

Thick Spiral Notebook
I have very strong feelings about the notebooks I like to use and this was a great find on Amazon! It’s thick with high quality pages that don’t bleed through, comes in lots of color options, and is currently just $9.99 with TONS of glowing reviews.
