Would You Take a Look at That

Remember these shoes? My mom bought them for me for my birthday last year and they are magic shoes.

For instance, early this spring, I wore them to the grocery store and, while picking out fresh green beans, an older man (I’m talking seventy) stopped me and said “I just love your shoes.” Well, then. Thank you.

In fact, every single time I wear them, someone comments on them.

On Wednesday, I wore them to work. My boss noticed them immediately and told me how much she loved them. An hour later, in the bathroom, another woman stopped me to ask me about my shoes – where had I bought them and how much were they?

But, best of all, on Wednesday afternoon, as I was walking across campus, I passed a guy about my age standing on the sidewalk, drinking a massive Big Gulp. He was probably 6’5 and extremely athletic looking, even down to the basketball jersey he was wearing. He gave me a polite little half-smile as I passed and I returned it.

And then, he did a double take and called out “I LOVE those shoes! What ARE those shoes?!”

Yes, even the big tough student athletes cannot resist the call of these siren shoes.

Everyone DOES need a good pair of magic shoes. I don’t think I’ve found mine yet. When MEN compliment your shoes, that’s pretty amazing. I have girl compliment shoes, but not men compliment shoes. So far, anyway. Luckily I am a dedicated magic shoe searcher. Someday. 🙂

Ooooo, so cute! I love the design and the wedge heels. (How I wish I could wear cute shoes again and have them actually be comfortable.)

Now, those looks from the man couldn’t have been about the rest of you, too, now could it? LOL

PS You really should post a picture of that bad hair cut.

That is awesome! Inquiring minds want to know- what do you wear with the Magic Shoes?

Those are great shoes. A pair of fun shoes can just make the day go right. My dilemma, however, is that some of my favorite pairs of shoes don’t go with more than one outfit. I guess that’s a good excuse for a shopping trip, huh?
