Surprise!
Tonight, we went out for sushi. It was a celebration.
A baby?
No, one does not celebrate pregnancy with raw fish.
One celebrates acceptance into graduate school with raw fish.
I’ll be starting in January at the University of Texas at Austin in the iSchool, getting a masters of science in information studies, so I can be a professional librarian when I graduate sometime in 2009.
I am so relieved, I can hardly stand it. Go Longhorns!

Congratulations!
Congratulations! I hope to be joining you next year! Here’s to grad school!
Congratulations!! That is so so awesome. And I’m glad you’re not celebrating a pregnancy with raw fish. Kinda iffy.
Hip Hip Hooray!
Look at you! Congratulations girly!
Congrats Congrats Congrats!
And kudos to the sushi-picker… mmm, now I’m craving Happy Sumo. :o)

Hello!
I found your blog one day and enjoy your posts. I live in DC and loved the pics from your recent trip!
Huge congrats on the MLS. I thought about doing one myself (my mother is a librarian!), but am actually doing an MA in International Education with a focus on literacy. I just started it, but am loving it so far.
So, good luck!
HOOOORAYYYY!
