Puzzle a Month – 300 Piece Edition
A few weeks ago, I shared about a how a reader reached out to me and said she wanted to do a “puzzle of the month” gift for her dad for the holidays.
So I did posts with 500 piece options and 1000 piece options – one for each month of the year, selected to go with the seasons.
And it was so popular that lots of people started saying “well, could we have a version that would be great to do with kids too?”
Of course!
Here’s your 300 piece list – perfect for kids or families or anyone who loves a puzzle that won’t take them six months to finish!

JANUARY

Animals and Snowmen
How could you resist all these delightful winter animals? This puzzle feels wonderfully magical and wintry. Now I need a snowman in my front yard!
FEBRUARY

Peanuts Vibes
How can you not have fun making a puzzle with the whole Peanuts crew, Snoopy included! This one would entice kids to want to join in on the puzzle making.
MARCH

Charming Cat Bookshelves
I am not a huge animal lover (we’ve never had pets), but I can’t help but fall in love with cats scattered about on a bookshelf. This is such a fun puzzle when you might still be cooped up inside as the weather is turning to spring.
APRIL

Garden Path
This puzzle is giving me all the Regency vibes. I’ll gladly relisten to Emma M. Lion, Little Women, or A Heart Worth Stealing while doing this one.
MAY

Cozy Bookstore
The only thing I wouldn’t like about this bookstore puzzle, is the fact that I won’t be able to jump in and go visit it in-person! It looks like my kind of bookshop.
JUNE

Floral Garden
I am far from a master gardener, but I can dream while working on this fun garden puzzle. I can’t wait to put this puzzle together on my back deck – just in sight of our backyard and imaginary floral garden.
JULY

Frosty Treats
What is more summery than a popsicle? And puzzle is a delight with a whole rainbow lineup of delicious looking popsicles! I’ll take one of each please!
AUGUST

Camping Vacation
Talk about a tropical paradise! The plants, the animals, the camper van, everything makes me just want to book a ticket to the tropics and do this same exact thing!
SEPTEMBER

Candy Dessert
This is going to sound so controversial, but I don’t always do the outside edges first when I work on puzzles. With that said, I am not sure which pie I would work on first, they all look AMAZING! You’ll definitely deserve a slice of pie after finishing this one.
OCTOBER

Secret Passage
This old-fashioned fall puzzle is the right amount cozy fall and just a little bit eerie. Buffalo Games is a newer puzzle brand for me and I’ve been super impressed.
NOVEMBER

Autumn Square
Galison is one of my favorite puzzle brands – I love the designs and the puzzle quality is fantastic! This town square puzzle set in the fall is so quaint and fun for November!
DECEMBER

Snowy Market
We love going to the Christmas market every year and this is one I would want to visit, with the grand Christmas tree, the big Ferris wheel, and all the little shops and stalls.
By the way, if shopping from Amazon only makes more sense for your life right now, I put together a list of 12 for each month to make it easy for you!
