The winner this month (and happily on the shelves of several local libraries) is General Winston’s Daughter by Sharon Shinn, suggested by Nicole. I’ve never heard of it, but it looks quite good and I’m excited!

  1. Oh, I didn't know that you had read "The Beekeeper's Apprentice." Will have to suggest something else next time.

    My favorite Sharon Shinn novel is "Summers at Castle Auburn." I think I might have read General Winston's daughter, but I don't remember it. That doesn't bode well, does it. 😉
