Five Favorite Things for a Fall Friday

I couldn’t think of any more words that started with F for the title . . .

Also, it reminds me that when I did a favorite things post back in May, all of the items I talked about started with F.

Only one of the following five things start with F, but they’re still really good things.

Monogram Necklace

My sister Merrick sent me this monogram necklace for my birthday and I’ve been wearing it practically every day since it arrived. It’s a layered necklace, so it’s a little bit more substantial than just one charm, but still simple enough to go with any outfit.

Pizza Stone

If you’ve been around for a long time, you already know my true deep love for a pizza stone. My beloved pizza stone is packed in the bottom of a box somewhere in our storage unit, and the idea of living many months without it was just too much to stand. I used the birthday money I got from my grandmother to order myself a new one (exactly the same as the one I already have because you don’t mess with perfection) and I am so happy not to be doing Friday pizza nights without one anymore. There’s something to be said for minimalist living, but life without a pizza stone isn’t that something.

Sweatpants

I bought my first pair of these sweatpants about six months and I love them SO much, so when I saw a second pair pop up on thredUP a few weeks ago, I obviously ordered them IMMEDIATELY. I took a peek at the original retailer and discovered that almost all of them are on sale for under $18 right now (they’re normally $58). They are SO comfortable and I basically need ten pairs to get me through my first real winter in a long time.

Non-stick Fry Pan

All of our non-stick pans are packed up and I was desperately missing a pan to make my morning egg and vegetable scramble with. Enter these non-stick frying pans. You guys. I cannot believe how amazing they are. I thought the ones we had (which are a ceramic coating) were pretty good, but they aren’t even in the same universe as these ones. It’s seriously magical. Plus they are dishwasher safe and totally reasonably priced (thus ends my infomercial).

Argan Oil Micro Blur Cream

I’ve been using this micro blur cream all summer long and it is the most amazing thing. It’s clear, so it looks like hair gel or something, but it goes on your skin so smoothly and makes my makeup go on over the top like a dream. I seriously feel like my skin has never looked or felt better. I use it every morning after I wash my face and just let it sit for about 30 seconds before I put BB cream on over the top.

What are your favorite things right now? I’d love to hear!
