An Early April Menu
Week of APRIL 5
Monday:
- Sweet and Spicy Chili Polenta
- Clementines
- Snack: Lemon poppyseed muffins
Tuesday:
- Halal Cart-Style Chicken and Rice With White Sauce
- Pita Bread
- Snack: Cheez-Its and Hummus
Wednesday:
- Egg McMuffins (I just smear mayo on the cut halves of english muffins, put a few slices of cheddar on one side and a piece of ham or turkey on the other side and broil them for a few minutes on high until the cheese is melted. Then I fry a bunch eggs sunny-side up and when the English muffins are done, pop the eggs in the middle and serve).
