An Early April Menu

Week of APRIL 5

Monday:

Tuesday:

Wednesday:

  • Egg McMuffins (I just smear mayo on the cut halves of english muffins, put a few slices of cheddar on one side and a piece of ham or turkey on the other side and broil them for a few minutes on high until the cheese is melted. Then I fry a bunch eggs sunny-side up and when the English muffins are done, pop the eggs in the middle and serve).
  • Clementines
  • Snack: Apple slices with peanut butter

  • Family Takeout

Sunday:

  • Ham
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Rolls
  • Roasted Brussel Sprouts
