5 Book Deals for a St. Patrick’s Day Weekend
We’re wrapping up our Australia trip and I’m loading up my ebooks and audiobooks for the LONG flight home!
Here are some of my favorite books on sale this weekend:
What Does It Feel Like? by Sophie Kinsella – ebook – $1.99
I read this one last fall and it was a quick and heartbreaking read. It follows a novelist as she receives some devastating news. It is also one of Kinsella’s most autobiographical pieces of writing as it touches on her own recent personal experiences.
The Favorites by Layne Fargo – ebook – $13.99
I think this might be one of my favorite books of 2025 so far…and WHOA, did I love the audiobook! It gives off Daisy Jones vibes, but about two ice dancing partners going for gold and all the drama that comes along with it! The Hodgeheg and Other Stories by Dick King-Smith – audiobook – $5.16
Best known for his book Babe: The Gallant Pig, Dick King-Smith writes some fantastic classics for kids! In this 8 hour audio collection there are 8 funny animal adventures perfect for all readers. (Plus, it’s a Libro.fm book, so you can make your own Yoto card with it!)
Yours Truly by Abby Jimenez – audiobook – $4.99
Abby Jimenez does a great job with the “romance with substance” books, plus she gets an A for witty banter. (Note that her books are more open-door than Sophie Kinsella’s). And this is one of my favorites of hers!
The Blue Castle by L. M. Montgomery – audiobook – $3.99
If you love Anne of Green Gables, this one is often people’s favorites of all L.M. Montgomery’s books! If you want something delightfully old-fashioned, and just so sweet, this is the one!
