You've GOT to try making ice cream with buttermilk. Strawberry buttermilk is one of the top three ice creams I've made. I think I just found a recipe on Smitten Kitchen and adapted it.

I've got an unholy love affair with cuisinart. Just got myself an immersion blender from them, we've been eating soups for days, and it's glorious!
