You’ve been waiting for a recipe, haven’t you?

I could tell. I’m quite smart like that.

Well, alas, I can take no credit for this recipe; all I can do is direct you elsewhere: Lemon Angel Food Cake with Raspberries.

And also, I can’t tell you if it’s any good because mine is still in the oven.

Smelling terrific, I might add.

  1. Ooooh…I love lemon and raspberry and easy!! Let us know how it turned out. And don’t you love the Pampered Chef recipes that have you use each one of their tools? Always cracks me up to read them…

  2. It was quite good. My only advice is to take it easy on the lemon zest (not my favorite ingredient). That said, I still had three pieces.

  3. I can attest that it WAS very good and I also had three pieces and you can scrape off the lemon zest from Bart’s piece and put it on mine!
