When Comfort Matters
This post is sponsored by Pampers as part of the launch of their new Pampers Swaddlers with Heart Quilts
Tally is obsessed with shoes.
She ALWAYS wants to have shoes on and sometimes she even goes and gets a second pair of shoes and tries to have one of us put them over the first pair of shoes (this goes about as well as you’re imagining).
A few weeks ago, after wearing a little pair of shoes for a couple of hours I noticed that they’d completely rubbed away the skin on her ankles.
She hadn’t complained about it, but I felt TERRIBLE.
There’s nothing I want more than for my children to feel comfortable and seeing those little marks on her ankles for the next week or so reminded me daily to pay attention to what I was putting on their little bodies.
I went to Cincinnati in August to visit the Pampers headquarters and they gave us a little preview of their newest diapers.
You’re probably already familiar with their Swaddlers diapers – they’re the number #1 choice of hospitals and so the majority of babies come home in a Swaddlers diapers.
In fact, they’re so popular that a few years ago, Pampers extended the sizing up to a 6 (they’d originally stopped at a 3), because so many parents wanted to keep using them throughout their diapering years.
One of the things I’ve long loved about Pampers is that they are so committed to always improving their products and every person I’ve met from the team is completely invested in taking the best care possible of babies and their families.
So it’s no surprise to me that they wanted to make their Swaddlers even better.
The new Pampers Swaddlers with Heart Quilts are 2x softer than the original ones, making for the most comfortable diaper ever.
Babies spend nearly 24 hours a day in a diaper, so having soft comfort in that diaper makes a huge difference to that sweet baby skin.
They also have the Air Channels that allow air to reach your baby’s skin and keep them both dry and comfortable.
Of course, a super soft diaper is great only as long as it’s also doing its job of keeping everything in and the new Pampers Swaddlers have the same great protection they’ve always been known for – in fact they’ve upgraded the protection on these diapers so they’re better than ever with up to 12 hours of leak-protection.
I love Pampers for their dedication to continual improvement and these new Pampers Swaddlers with Heart Quilts are one of their best products yet.
Now I just need to find some baby shoes that are equally comfortable.
Your post came a day after I purchased and starting using Target diapers after deciding maybe I shouldn’t spend so much money on the Pampers Swaddlers even though I love them. The Target diapers are noticeably cheaper 🙁
Guess we’ll be going back to our beloved Swaddlers after this box of Target diapers is gone!
Once you know how good Swaddlers are, it’s basically impossible to go back, isn’t it?
