Utah Trip 2008 or The Weekend I Ate My Body Weight in Candy Bars

This is Bart’s family. A good looking group, yes?

This is where we went camping. This is Bart’s brother, Andrew, shooting soda bottles with a soda bottle rocket. . . thing.

We did camping sorts of things like sit around the campfire. Or, rather, if you look at me, you can tell I’m eating Andes Candies. You should definitely take Bart’s mom camping with you.

A nephew. Tell me that hair isn’t SO wasted on a boy.

A niece – she’s so hilarious, I want to die.

We went on a hike by some falls (if by hike you mean “walk thirty yards and have lunch” which I clearly do). Then some guys decided to kayak down the falls. It was quite awesome. No one died.

I would seriously take her home with me if I had more room in my suitcase.

Bart’s dad is a bit of a WWI scholar and he loves the poppies that grew in the European battlefields. So his daughter made up this quilt pattern and then gave it to him for Father’s Day. Aren’t you really impressed?

So, my CD has 195 images on it. I’m quite impressed that I restrained myself to a mere ten or so. Count your lucky stars. . .
