The New KiwiCo Clubs! Everything You Need to Know

This post is sponsored by KiwiCo

We have been LONG TIME fans of KiwiCo – we started subscribing about six years ago and literally every month my kids acted like it was Christmas morning when their boxes arrived in the mail.

And now, with the new KiwiCo clubs, it is better than ever! (If you’d like to try it out, use my code EVERYDAYREADING for 50% off your first Club crate).

Now, KiwiCo is not just about getting a new project each month – instead KiwiCo Clubs have monthly crates that are part of a learning series that help your kids develop new skills and deeper knowledge with every project.

The projects that come in KiwiCo Clubs are durable and designed for repeated play and continued learning.

Here are the KiwiCo Club options:

  1. KiwiCo Panda Crate (Ages 0-3+): Baby & toddler
  2. KiwiCo Sprout (Ages 3-6+): Early learning & pretend play
  3. KiwiCo Labs (Ages 6+): Science and Engineering
  4. KiwiCo Studio (Ages 6+): Art & Design
  5. KiwiCo World (Ages 6+): Geography & Culture

All four of my girls get the KiwiCo Labs boxes and they are SO incredible (and a great STEM component to our homeschooling this year!).

Each club provides a learning program that is packed with engaging, hands-on activities while letting them stay curious and think creatively and problem solve!

Here is what has changed from the previous KiwiCo!

  • It’s now a flat $30 price point across all clubs for ages 3+ so you can choose the best option for your child without worrying about which one is more expensive!
  • All the science and engineering crates are under KiwiCo Labs. These are designed for ages 6-16+ with brand new rebuildable STEM projects, so if you’ve gone through all the previous projects, you’re back in business! (Plus they have additional digital content to extend learning and STEM skills).
  • The Koala Crate is now KiwiCo Sprout. This is for preschoolers ages 3-6+ focused on early art and science concepts with ready-to play toys AND fun high-quality projects.
  • Doodle Crate and Maker Crate is now KiwiCo Studio for ages 9-18+
  • Atlas Crate is now KiwiCo World
  • Stronger focus on extended learning rather than single project completion.

KiwiCo is my FAVORITE option for a STEM subscription box – they really are the crème de la crème. All you need to do is choose the club that best fits your child’s age range and interests, pick a payment plan (they have 1, 3, 6, or 12-month options) and join. Then sit back, relax, and wait for your first crate to be delivered. Plus, as your child completes more crates, they’ll get to explore more topics, earn rewards, unlock exclusive digital content, and tackle more challenging projects as their skills grow!

As always, there is free shipping in the US, plus as a member you get a 10% discount on any order (like the wildly popular advent calendar!), a birthday gift and early access to new crates!

My favorite thing about KiwiCo is how well it grows up with my kids – it was delightful and useful when I had toddlers and preschoolers and now my teen and tween children still love it just as much! If you’d like to try it out, use the code EVERYDAYREADING for 50% off your first Club box!

If you have any questions about the new KiwiCo Clubs, let me know in the comments and I’m happy to help!

  1. Are the boxes easily shareable? I have an 8 year old and a 6 year old and I’m wondering if I could get just one box for them to build together or if that doesn’t work well.
