My biggest reading goal for my children is to help them develop a lifelong love of reading and our daily Family Reading Time has been such a great way to give them time and space to get into a book

Nothing thrills me more than when they say “Can I just finish this chapter before we stop?”

And, of course, it’s been great for ME to make sure I get some reading in every day!

This is our second year doing this and this year I decided to make book lists for my girls so that I wasn’t always scrambling when they asked “What should I read next??”
