The thing about being 39 weeks pregnant is that you’re hungry all the time.
Usually, my biggest hunger pangs strike during quiet time while the girls are safely tucked away in their rooms and I’m working.
I’ve been trying to make these snacks a little less of an after-thought, especially because it’s one of the few times of day I get to eat on my own, rather than jumping up ten times to get another napkin or the right color of fork for the girls. I want it to be something a little more fun and grown-up that I’ll enjoy eating in solitude at my desk.
I don’t like to do something super sugar-y or involved as a snack, so I’ve been trying to remember to look at my snack board on Pinterest when I make my grocery list or at least think about snacks when I’m planning food for the week.
Yogurt has long been one of my favorite snacks because it fills me up enough to last through to dinner.
Last week, I made a quick Walmart run to pick up a few last things before our baby was born (essentials like cream cheese; it is a full-blown emergency in our house if we run out) and I snagged a few containers of Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt to use for snacks.

2. Peanut Butter and Yogurt Graham Cracker Squares
My girls would eat graham crackers all day every day, if I let them (surprise! I do not). This bulks up the graham crackers a lot and makes them something I’ll actually eat too.
A little smear of peanut butter, some raspberry chocolate chip yogurt, and a sprinkle of coconut and that graham cracker is suddenly not just for little children anymore.
3. Yogurt Popsicles
This takes a little planning ahead, but it takes practically no time at all, and I love all things frozen (I even prefer cookies and brownies frozen to warm. Bart thinks I’m weird).
You can just do straight yogurt or you can add a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips in to make them extra fun. Of course, everyone in our family likes mint chocolate chip ice cream the most, so I have to hide these if I have any hope of getting them myself!
P.S. Love Muller? Visit www.Mullerquaker.com to sign up on for their mailing list and receive the latest news and offers. As a thank you, you’ll also get a coupon to use toward your next purchase! Also all through March, other Müller yogurt varieties are on Rollback at Walmart for $.88. London ruined us for lousy yogurt forever, so we’ve been loving Müller.
Yum!! I am a boring mom, too. And, haha, yeah the plus side is that anything excites my kids!
The last option sounds delicious!

I love the parfait idea! I try to follow the 'French kids eat everything' rules for eating and that one is perfect
