Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie

This Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie is a family favorite and couldn't be easier! Just assemble the three ingredients and freeze!

Ingredients

  • Oreo pie crust (chocolate graham cracker or even plain graham cracker works too)
  • 1 half gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 1/3 cup fudge sauce heated

Instructions

  1. Let the ice cream soften on the counter for 10-15 minutes. Scoop in gently into the pie crust (you probably won't need it all) and smooth with a spatula.

  2. Drizzle the hot fudge over the top. Cover the pie (I use the cover that comes with it) and freeze for 3-4 hours or until solid.

  3. Slice and serve immediately.
