Ingredients

  • 12 ounces almond bark or dipping chocolate
  • 2 bags marshmallows giant or regular sized
  • Toppings in individual bowls

Instructions

  1. Melt your almond bark or dipping chocolate in a small sauce pan or in the microwave, stirring frequently, until completely smooth.

  2. Set out a cookie sheet with a cooling rack set on top of it (or line the pan with a silicone liner or parchment paper).

  3. Let the bark or chocolate cool slightly and then dip your marshmallow halfway into the bark or chocolate, shaking gently to remove excess.

  4. Place them on the cooling rack, chocolate side up and let harden for about 3-5 minutes

  5. Repeat with remaining marshmallows while the dipped ones cool

  6. When the bark or dipping chocolate is cool but not hard, carefully dip them into the toppings of your choice and return to tray (dipped side up!) to harden completely.
