Ingredients
2 14-ouncecans of artichoke hearts quartersdrained and chopped roughly
1 10-ouncepackage frozen chopped spinachthawed, all excess water squeezed out
1cupgrated Parmesan cheese
3/4cupmayonnaise
3/4cupsour cream
2teaspoongarlicminced
1Tablespoonlemon juice
1tsphot sauce
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish; set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients together. Pour into prepared dish and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Probably lick the spoon and bowl.
