Artichoke Spinach Dip

Simple, delicious and a perfect appetizer - this spinach artichoke dip is a homerun!

Ingredients

  • 2 14- ounce cans of artichoke hearts quarters drained and chopped roughly
  • 1 10- ounce package frozen chopped spinach thawed, all excess water squeezed out
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish; set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients together. Pour into prepared dish and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Probably lick the spoon and bowl.
  3. Serve warm with chips, crackers, and vegetables.
