Healthy Banana Fudgsicles

Easy homemade healthy fudgsicles that don't melt quickly!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 ripe bananas peeled
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • optional 1-2 Tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add sugar to taste if needed. Pour into molds and freeze until solid.
