Blue Cheese and Bacon Pitas

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup rumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 4 bacon slices cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 3/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 4 pitas cut in half

Instructions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and whisk with a fork to combine. Add the chicken and bacon and stir to coat.
  2. Fill the pitas with lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken/bacon mixture.
  3. Serve immediately
