This was the #1 book on my personal summer reading This was the #1 book on my personal summer reading list and I was so excited to dive in.  But somehow this one just didn’t land for me.  I never felt super connected to any character, the storyline didn’t draw me in, and I was delighted to finish it and move on.  But I know people LOVE this book (and I’m sorry I didn’t love it - it is so disappointing when someone doesn’t love a book that was a hit for you!).
