I started the first book two summers ago and stall I started the first book two summers ago and stalled out 30% of the way in. Then on an anniversary trip last fall, I pulled it back up on my Kindle, started back at the beginning and blazed through it. And now I’ve read the whole series twice (AND gave it a full page spread in this year’s Summer Reading Guide). Let me tell you, I understand why people love this series SO MUCH. It’s charming and witty and just plain fun. And if you’ve read it, would you agree with the Gilmore Girls comparison?
