And now for the final hurrah – how to put all those ten pieces into ten outfits (in my ideal world, I would have just worn the black shirt and jeans with ten different pairs of shoes, but my sisters said that wasn’t allowed).
Oh, you wanted a blow-by-blow of each outfit? I thought you’d never ask.
I love love love this outfit. My favorite black shirt, plus some fun pants. It makes me feel artsy. In a good way.
I also love wearing all black. And a pencil skirt makes me feel like a person who doesn’t buy all their clothing at Old Navy (even though I totally buy all my clothing at Old Navy. On the clearance rack).
I swear, these pink pants just make me happy. But perhaps it’s just the whole wearing-pants-without-an-elastic-waistband thing. Also, the me of two years ago is gaping at the fact I’m wearing not only colored pants but also leopard shoes. Self of two years ago? You know nothing about awesome.
Last time I wore my hair in a ponytail, Ella kept grabbing my face and saying, “You cut your hair?” Also, this gold belt was the best impulse buy ever.
I tried this dress on when I was about 4.5 months pregnant. Yeah. . . not happening. And I can’t actually wear this dress currently due to the nursing situation. I will just look longingly at it hanging in my closet.
This here is the pregnant looking picture. Skip.
Ignore how white my legs are. I’d claim it was because it was January, but. . . they’ll be exactly this shade in August too. I love sunscreen and I hate laying in the sun (I also hate lie/lay. I can never remember which one is the correct one. I generally just change the sentence to say something like “I hate resting in a sun chair. . . ” and avoid the whole dilemma).
And now a cookie for you for making it through this many pictures of me. While you eat your cookie (hopefully it is a really really good chocolate chip cookie), go check out Merrick and Landen’s outfits:
